These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Today's Fortune ("the Service") provided by Today's Fortune ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms take effect when you launch the app. The Company may amend these Terms as needed and will announce changes in-app or by updating this page. Amendments become effective on the announced effective date.
A guest account is automatically created when you launch the app and begin using the Service. No separate registration is required for guest use.
You may optionally sign in with an Apple or Google account to upgrade your guest account to a member account. A member account preserves your data across app reinstalls and device changes. During sign-in, the Company receives minimal information (such as email and name) from the provider; details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

All fortune and Saju results are provided for reference and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, relationship, or other professional advice. The Company is not liable for any decisions you make based on the Service's results.
A substantial part of the Content — including fortune interpretations and chat responses — is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inapplicable to your actual circumstances, and the disclaimer in Section 6 applies equally. Do not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice. Data processing for AI response generation is governed by the Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including content, designs, trademarks, and code — belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Service may display ads served by Google AdMob and similar networks. You can disable ads or change personalization consent from the app's Settings screen. Responsibility for ad content and outcomes lies with the advertiser; the Company does not participate in transactions between users and advertisers.
The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with notice provided in-app or on this page.
You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the app, using the account deletion feature in the app's Settings, or requesting data deletion. When a member account is deleted, linked social account information is destroyed within the scope permitted by applicable law. The Company may restrict use or delete an account, with prior notice, in case of material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the Service shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea as the court of first instance.
