This page explains how to delete your Haru account and the data linked to it. You can delete it yourself in the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot use the app.
Deletion cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your events, income records, and calendars cannot be recovered. Export anything you need before you proceed.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Removing the app from your device leaves your account and data on the server, so you must complete the steps above.
When you delete your account, the following data linked to it is deleted immediately, with no grace period.
The home screen widget summary and events exported to your device calendar exist only on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app or delete that dedicated calendar from your device's calendar app.
Two things remain after deletion because they are other users' data:
Haru has no in-app purchases or e-commerce, so there are no transaction or payment records that must be retained by law.
If you lost your device or cannot sign in, request deletion at the address below.
